金鳳實驗室是重慶市構(gòu)建“416”科技創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略布局、聚力打造生命健康科創(chuàng)高地的戰(zhàn)略科技力量，占地面積128畝，建筑面積13.5萬㎡，配套建設(shè)30萬㎡的高端人才住房、1100 畝的鳳棲湖公園。

2022年6月25日揭牌運行以來，金鳳實驗室以“重大疾病的下一代診斷”為核心任務(wù)，廣聚天下英才，構(gòu)建科研矩陣，開展有組織科研，努力打造開放型、樞紐型、平臺型科技創(chuàng)新地。實驗室堅持科學(xué)家主導(dǎo)，實驗室主任在科研選題、人才聘用、經(jīng)費配置、機制搭建等方面享有充分自主決策權(quán)，科研項目負(fù)責(zé)人根據(jù)任務(wù)清單自主確定研究方法、技術(shù)路線和團隊成員。

一、招聘崗位

金鳳實驗室首席科學(xué)家（從事智慧診斷應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)研究）

二、職位描述

緊扣“重大疾病的下一代診斷”核心任務(wù)，把握精準(zhǔn)診斷發(fā)展方向，提出具有戰(zhàn)略性、前瞻性、創(chuàng)造性的研究構(gòu)想，科學(xué)制定科研目標(biāo)和實施方案；

組織和帶領(lǐng)團隊開展原始理論創(chuàng)新、技術(shù)原理突破和關(guān)鍵技術(shù)攻關(guān)，積極達(dá)成目標(biāo)任務(wù)，力爭取得重大標(biāo)志性成果；??????搭建國內(nèi)外合作平臺，培養(yǎng)和集聚全球高層次科技人才；

積極承擔(dān)重大科研項目，助力生命健康科創(chuàng)高地建設(shè)。

三、條件資質(zhì)

1.在重大疾?。◥盒阅[瘤和腦疾?。┚珳?zhǔn)診斷、干細(xì)胞再生等方面具有重大的國際學(xué)術(shù)影響力，包括但不限于：

• 諾貝爾生理學(xué)或醫(yī)學(xué)、物理、化學(xué)獎獲得者；

• 國家最高科學(xué)技術(shù)獎獲得者；

• 中國科學(xué)院院士，中國工程院院士，境外發(fā)達(dá)國家（地區(qū)）院士；

• 受聘國內(nèi)外一流大學(xué)教授職務(wù)，在行業(yè)領(lǐng)域中取得公認(rèn)創(chuàng)新成果和具有國際聲望的頂尖人才；

• 相當(dāng)于上述層次，掌握關(guān)鍵核心技術(shù)，創(chuàng)新能力居國際一流水平，能夠為重慶市生命健康科創(chuàng)高地建設(shè)發(fā)展帶來重大影響、重大突破，契合金鳳實驗室重點任務(wù)的急需頂尖人才。

2.擁有不少于15人且相對穩(wěn)定的科研團隊，團隊成員中至少5名及以上需具有博士學(xué)位或高級專業(yè)技術(shù)職稱。團隊成員中40歲以下青年人才比例應(yīng)不低于50%。

Jinfeng Laboratory is a strategic scientific and technological force in Chongqing to build a "416" strategic layout of scientific and technological innovation and focus on building a highland of life and health science and technology, covering an area of 128 acres, with a construction area of 135,000 square meters, supporting the construction of 300,000 square meters of high-end talent housing and 1,100 acres of Fengqi Lake Park.

II?Job Description

Follow the core task of "next-generation diagnosis of major diseases" closely, grasp the development direction of accurate diagnosis, put forward strategic, forward-looking and creative research ideas, set scientific research goals and make plans to achieve the goals.

Organize and lead the team to seek original theoretical innovation, make technical principle and key technological breakthroughs, achieve goals and tasks, especially major achievements.

Build a platform for domestic and foreign cooperation to cultivate and gather global high-level scientific and technological talents.

Actively undertake major scientific research projects to help the construction of a highland of life and health science and technology.

III?Qualifications

1. Have significant international academic influence in the accurate diagnosis of major diseases (malignant tumors and brain diseases) and stem cell regeneration. Expected achievement & qualifications are including but not limited to:

• Nobel Prize winner in physiology or medicine, physics, chemistry;

• Winner of the highest national science and technology award;

• Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Academician of Overseas Developed Countries (Regions);

• Employed as professors at first-class universities at home and abroad, and top talents with recognized innovation achievements and international prestige;

• Equivalent to the above level, master the key technologies, and the innovation ability is at the world-class level, which can bring significant impact and major breakthroughs to the construction and development of Chongqing's life and health science and technology innovation, and meet the urgent need for top talents in the key tasks of Jinfeng Laboratory.

2. Have a stable scientific research team of no less than 15 people, and at least 5 or more team members must have doctoral degrees or senior professional and technical titles. The proportion of young talents under the age of 40 in the team should be not less than 50%.
