1. Coordinate the relationship between suppliers and the company, establish reliable and optimal supply sourcing system.
1. 協(xié)調(diào)供應(yīng)商與公司的關(guān)系,建立可靠、最優(yōu)的供應(yīng)配套體系。
2. Evaluate supplier structure, propose supplier development plan and optimize supplier team, and guide purchasing engineer to implement.
2. 針對所負(fù)責(zé)的供應(yīng)商,提出供應(yīng)商開發(fā)計劃,優(yōu)化供應(yīng)商隊伍,并指導(dǎo)供應(yīng)鏈工程師相應(yīng)地去完成。
3. Participate and guide purchasing engineer to select and evaluate suppliers.
3. 參與并指導(dǎo)采購工程師選擇評估供應(yīng)商。
4. Business negotiation, terms confirmation and approval (price, payment period, delivery date...)
4. 商務(wù)談判和條款的確認(rèn)和審批(價格、帳期、交貨期…)。
5. Evaluate supplier’s quality capacity, cooperate with QAD to solve and improve supplier quality issue.

6. Evaluate supplier’s production capacity, continuously shorten supplier delivery time.

7. Analyze cost structure of materials and products, look for and identify opportunities for cost improvement and implement them.

8. Assist Department Manager and supervisor to training purchasing engineers.
8. 協(xié)助部門經(jīng)理和主管,對采購工程師進(jìn)行技能培訓(xùn)。
9. Establish and improve quality assurance system, environmental protection and occupational health system, manage and control documents related purchase, quality assurance system, safety and health, and environmental protection system.
9. 建立和完善質(zhì)保體系、環(huán)保、職業(yè)健康體系, 管理和控制部門與采購、質(zhì)保體系、安全衛(wèi)生、環(huán)保體系相關(guān)的文件信息。
10. Support to develop new products.

11. Do well in communication and cooperation with all relevant departments, coordinate the relationship between purchasing and other relevant departments, and provide comprehensive services.

13. Implement company's safety and environmental protection management system; Identify the hazard sources of functional block, identify, evaluate and update the environmental factors, and supervise the effective implementation of the objectives and management plans.
13. 執(zhí)行公司的安全衛(wèi)生環(huán)保管理制度;對功能塊的危險源進(jìn)行辨識和環(huán)境因素的識別、評價和更新,并負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)督目標(biāo)和管理方案的有效實施。
14. Comply with company ethical policy, company system, policies and procedures, and comply with the quality requirements related to the functional block.
14. 遵守公司道德政策、公司制度、政策和流程,遵守與本功能塊職能相關(guān)的質(zhì)量要求。
15. To improve communication and cooperation with the relevant departments.
