Description:1) Early engagement of OCP？projects and lead plant team to support PMP projects implement2) Lead project Execution of different type of projects , such as rebalancing/capacity/PEP projects3) End to End product？Value Stream Management4) Work with Transformation leaders , act as interface of related BU/LoB/GSC-T to do strategic analysis and deploy？new business opportunities5)Manage BCP/LTIP study and related projects implementation to ensure stability of supply chain6)Rebalancing / Capacity opportunity study and work on？ business case investigation , drive related activities and productivity/deliverables
