Description(TheRole)
●Receive, plan, coordinate, and assign design efforts for self and other design team members./為自己和其他設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員接收、計(jì)劃、協(xié)調(diào)和分配設(shè)計(jì)工作
●Coordinate with the marketing, sourcing, estimation and project management departments./與營銷、采購、估算和項(xiàng)目管理部門協(xié)調(diào)
●Develop projects trough creative concepts to completion./通過創(chuàng)意概念開發(fā)項(xiàng)目直至完成
●Collaboration with Businesses Development in marketing and Project Management./在市場營銷和項(xiàng)目管理方面與企業(yè)發(fā)展部合作
●Client presentation and negotiations with pitch team, adding creative value and edge./與銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行客戶演示和談判，增加創(chuàng)意價(jià)值和優(yōu)勢
●Work directly with senior management to develop major business initiatives./直接與高級管理層合作制定主要的業(yè)務(wù)計(jì)劃
●Mentor, manage, and provide leadership to all members of the design team by improving the team’s interior design capabilities, and technical expertise./通過提高團(tuán)隊(duì)的室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)能力和技術(shù)專長，指導(dǎo)、管理和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)的所有成員
●Coordinate all phases of the design process with the sales department and the client, participating in design presentations and working with the customer to develop final approved plans./與銷售部門和客戶協(xié)調(diào)設(shè)計(jì)過程的所有階段，參與設(shè)計(jì)演示并與客戶一起制定最終批準(zhǔn)的計(jì)劃
●Develop proposed solutions related to Space Planning, Interior and Furniture designin or dertore commend the best alternatives and/or solutions per project./制定與空間規(guī)劃、室內(nèi)和家具設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)的建議解決方案，以便為每個(gè)項(xiàng)目推薦優(yōu)秀代方案和/或解決方案
Qualifications(TheCandidate)
●Bachelor degree or above in environmental art, interior design, architectural design/環(huán)境藝術(shù)、室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)、建筑設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)本科及以上學(xué)歷.
●You are an Interior Designer with excellent presentation skills with a minimum of 7 years of experience./有7年的相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
●You have relevant experience of working on Corporate Interiors/Workplace design projects./有企業(yè)室內(nèi)/工作場所設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
●You are proficient in SketchUp, Enscape/熟練使用SketchUp、Enscape
●You have a strong design sensibility and the technical ability to develop a project from concept to execution./有很強(qiáng)的設(shè)計(jì)敏感度和技術(shù)能力，能將項(xiàng)目從概念發(fā)展到執(zhí)行
●You are a team player with a positive attitude to go the extra mile/有團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，積極進(jìn)取
●Travel according to project situation/根據(jù)項(xiàng)目實(shí)際情況出差
●Fluent English in spoken and written/英語可作工作語言，尤其口語
