職責(zé):
1.Oversee and manage the Maker space for Grade 4 and 5 students.
2.Introduce and manage technology tools and resources suitable for young learners.
3.Collaborate with educators to integrate Maker Space activities into the curriculum.
4.Provide training and support to students and staff in using Maker Space resources.
5.Maintain and manage the Windows LDAP server, ensuring efficient operation and security.
6.Handle account creation, licensing, and permission assign for faculty and students.
7.Utilize Linux experience to test and implement open-source solutions for educational purposes.
8.Actively explore and evaluate various open-source solutions to enhance the learning environment.
9.Collaborate with teachers and staff to identify and address technology needs.
10.Provide technical support to students and staff as required.
11.Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular progress reports.
12.Routinely interact with faculty, staff and students in a Help Desk environment, trouble-shooting issues in person with the user and their Macbook, iPad and iPhone, Android, and Windows devices.
13.Maintain the Asset Manager inventory system on SP campus.
14.Ensure AISG IT equipment inventory is accurate and up to date, and responsible for an annual inventory update.
15.Help IT old equipment disposal.
16.Receive and label and deliver laptops and peripherals and accessories for faculty and students, manage the inventory and distribute the peripherals and accessories at opening of school.
17.Printing Support.
18.Helps all users solve end user technical related problem at the help desk center
19.Exam system support.
20.Classroom tech support.
21.Other responsibilities identified by the IT director or IT manage
要求:
1.Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, information systems or related computer field.
2.Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g., Microsoft MCSE Certified, Linux RHCE Certification etc.).
3.Must have a minimum of 5 years ICT operations, maintaining a SIS and OA system for school, and maintaining a website. Familiar with html, CSS and js etc.
4.Strong knowledge of Linux and experience in deploying open-source solutions.
5.Proven experience in administering Windows LDAP servers, including account management and security.
6.Strong written and verbal English and Fluent Mandarin Chinese and strong personal skills to communicate directly with end users.
