Job Responsibilities
1. Leads and manages the testing team and is responsible for the overall quality control and assurance of BudTech’s multiple mobile products, multi-terminal (iOS, Android) and its web and server side.
2. Establish and maintain a comprehensive testing framework, including function, performance, pressure, stability, and other tests, to improve the team's work ability and efficiency.
3. Set and execute a testing strategy for all products, including manual testing and automated testing, to improve testing efficiency.
4. Work closely with the product and development team to participate in requirements analysis and product design from a testing perspective to ensure early intervention in quality and early detection of risks and problems.
5. Monitor and analyze product online problems, including but not limited to error rate, crash rate, etc., and improve testing strategies based on data.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering or related fields.
2. More than 10 years of experience in software testing, at least 4-5 years of experience in testing team leadership, and minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a strategic of QA role. Experience in managing a vendor team is
preferred.
3. Proficient in testing strategies for iOS, Android, and WEB platforms, including App, Mini-Program lifecycle management, in-depth understanding of server-side concurrency, network, and caching strategies.
4. Extensive experience in building and leading test teams in an agile development environment, familiar with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) strategies. Experience in large-scale system performance testing and stress testing, including designing and executing complex performance test programs.
5. Excellent executive communications and interpersonal skill. Ability to communicate effectively in cross-functional teams and be able to work closely with teams to solve complex technical problems.
6. Have a strong sense of responsibility and initiative, willing to take the initiative to find and solve problems and continue to promote the progress of the team and products.
7. Previous experience in retail industry preferred.
