Business Manager Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate and manage all commercial-related communication with banks, government agencies, service providers, and internal departments. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, industry partners, and clients. 3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and potential areas for expansion. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies and initiatives to optimize business outcomes. 5. Participate in business negotiations and contract discussions with external parties to ensure favorable terms and conditions. 6. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, policies, and competition to propose strategies that align with the company’s goals. 7. Prepare reports and presentations on business performance, market analysis, and opportunities for management review. 8. Identify and troubleshoot any commercial-related issues that may arise and recommend appropriate solutions. 9. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all commercial activities. 10. Contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the company through effective business management and relationship building. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. 2. Accounting certificate. 3. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in commercial communications or business development. Zimbabwe experience is a plus. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin skill is a plus; 5. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. 6. Solid understanding of government regulations, policies, and business environment. 7. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. 8. Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities. 9. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant business software. 10. Flexibility to travel as required.
