Key Responsibilities:

* Develop samples with good communication and cooperation with designers and
technicians, following the deadlines
* Be aware of fashion trends in the market, and a clear understanding of
ONLY’s target customers
* Responsible for cost control and negotiation with suppliers while ensuring
product quality and good professional relationship
* Develop strong understanding of production lead-time, and work towards
being in control of supplier's production planning
* Fully prepared for production follow-ups and raising any problems in a
timely manner, with a understanding of suppliers’ capabilities and limitations
to ensure that development and production are optimal for their production level
* Ensure the production quality and packing can pass warehouse QC for your
own orders and team members’
* Review production and understand the current work level through regular
visits to supplier factories. Put action plans in place for each supplier, with
deadlines to track their improvements
* Pay close attention to sales growth and sales achievement, analyze sales
report, and react accordingly in a timely manner


Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree and above, preferably in international trade, textile, or
fashion related majors
* More than 3 years of work experience in fashion merchandising industry
* Good English and computer skills
* Good communication skills, capable of working with designers and
negotiating with suppliers
* Independent professional with good fashion sense
* eam player who has a strong sense of responsibility and integrity
