6. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and
promoting a safe working environment. Identifying and mitigating potential hazards
or risks on the production floor.
7. Continuous Improvement: Monitoring production performance metrics, analyzing
data, and identifying areas for improvement. Implementing strategies to enhance
efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize production processes.
8.Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as procurement,
logistics, and quality control, to coordinate activities and address production-related
issues. Facilitating effective communication and fostering teamwork.
9. Budget Management: Monitoring production costs, analyzing variances, and implementing cost-control measures. Collaborating with the finance department to
develop and manage the production budget.
10. Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards,
regulations, and certifications related to the production process. Keeping up-to-date
with technological advancements and industry trends.
