- Lead the planning team to achieve operation excellence and customer satisfaction 帶領(lǐng)派工中心團(tuán)隊(duì)達(dá)到運(yùn)作服務(wù)效率和客戶滿意度; - Implement operation strategies by leading the planning team 帶領(lǐng)派工團(tuán)隊(duì)執(zhí)行運(yùn)作團(tuán)隊(duì)政策; - Effectively manage the planning activities according to the service request and engineer's competence to achieve high profession and planning efficiency 根據(jù)服務(wù)請(qǐng)求計(jì)劃和工程師能力,有效的管理提前派工,專業(yè)的完成現(xiàn)場(chǎng)服務(wù)和有效派工; - Focus on competence enhancement of the planning team by developing training plan 通過(guò)開(kāi)展培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃,提高派工團(tuán)隊(duì)能力; - Support the management team continuously on planning process improvement and optimization; 持續(xù)的協(xié)助管理層團(tuán)隊(duì),進(jìn)行過(guò)程管理的改進(jìn)和優(yōu)化; - Has the responsibility to cooperate with other department/teams to facilitate pending problems solving and forward planning efficiency 負(fù)責(zé)和其他部門(mén)解決遺留服務(wù)請(qǐng)求問(wèn)題; - Monitor the performance on warranty claim following up, ECB implementation, feedback to TS and follow up with the tasks; 管理索賠案例和ECB的執(zhí)行情況,并向技術(shù)部門(mén)反饋相關(guān)問(wèn)題; - Support service managers via feedback on performance of technicians on safety, working attitude, and efficiency; 向服務(wù)經(jīng)理反饋工程師在安全,工作態(tài)度,有效性等問(wèn)題; - Facilitate execution of the training program for operation teams and distributors 對(duì)運(yùn)作團(tuán)隊(duì)和代理商培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目的執(zhí)行; - To coach team members in use of ERP and other relevant system in order to timely do forward planning. 培訓(xùn)并指導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)使用ERP和其他相關(guān)系統(tǒng),及時(shí)跟進(jìn)服務(wù)請(qǐng)求的派工和管理 - Be responsible for planning some technicians and follow up planning if need 根據(jù)需要,負(fù)責(zé)某服務(wù)中心部分工程師的派工工作,進(jìn)行訂單的過(guò)程管理 Experience requirements - More than 2 years’ experience in compressor equipment service or related equipment. - Experience in service support role in a customer orientated business environment. - Team management. Knowledge - Basic English in speaking and reading. - Good computer skills including Microsoft series and Lotus Notes. Educational requirements - College graduated or above, majored in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
