河北大學經(jīng)濟學院是河北大學最早創(chuàng)設(shè)的專業(yè)學院,前身是成立于1960年的河北大學經(jīng)濟系,1992年撤系建院,成為河北高校第一個二級學院。學院現(xiàn)設(shè)有經(jīng)濟學系、統(tǒng)計學系、金融學系、國際經(jīng)濟與貿(mào)易系和日本研究所、人口研究所、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟研究所等四系三所。建有應(yīng)用經(jīng)濟學一級學科博士點,3個一級學科碩士點、1個二級學科碩士點,涵蓋12個學術(shù)碩士學位點、5個專業(yè)碩士學位點。世界經(jīng)濟、統(tǒng)計學為省級重點學科。擁有經(jīng)濟學、金融學、統(tǒng)計學、國際經(jīng)濟與貿(mào)易、保險學等5個本科專業(yè),其中金融學、經(jīng)濟統(tǒng)計學為國家級一流本科專業(yè)建設(shè)點(雙萬計劃)。

學院師資力量雄厚?,F(xiàn)有教職工131人,其中專任教師114人,具有高級職稱、具有博士學位的專任教師比例均在75%以上,博士生導師24名,碩士生導師96人。擁有歐盟讓 莫內(nèi)講席教授、教育部特聘教授(長江學者)、國家 百千萬人才工程 人選、國務(wù)院特殊津貼專家、國家有突出貢獻中青年專家、教育部新世紀優(yōu)秀人才支持計劃等國家級優(yōu)秀人才6人次,河北省創(chuàng)新團隊領(lǐng)軍人才、省管優(yōu)秀專家等省部級以上高層次人才5人次,河北省 三三三 層次人才5人次。近年,學院先后派出30多名教師到國內(nèi)知名高校進修學習,派出20多名教師分赴國外18所著名大學訪學交流。

學院科研實力雄厚。建有河北大學歐洲研究所、環(huán)首都社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展研究院、河北農(nóng)村發(fā)展研究院、中國循環(huán)經(jīng)濟研究院、中國外匯投資研究院、中日韓思想庫網(wǎng)絡(luò)河北基地、河北大學金融研究中心、統(tǒng)計決策咨詢中心等一批研究機構(gòu)。近年承擔國家課題39項(其中國家重大課題2項、重點課題6項)、省部級課題86項,發(fā)表學術(shù)論文560余篇,出版專著、教材48部,獲省部級科研成果獎勵20項,承擔省、校級教改課題20余項,一批研究成果獲領(lǐng)導批示,或被有關(guān)部門采納,科學研究對人才培養(yǎng)的反哺作用不斷增強。

二、招聘計劃 2023年擬招聘、引進以下方向人才:

經(jīng)濟學、人口學、世界經(jīng)濟學、國際經(jīng)濟與貿(mào)易、西方經(jīng)濟學、金融學、保險學、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟學、統(tǒng)計學等相關(guān)專業(yè)具有博士學位的高層次人才。

三、基本條件 1.具有良好的政治素質(zhì)和道德素養(yǎng),遵守國家法律、法規(guī)和各項規(guī)章制度,未受過任何紀律處分及刑事處罰。

2.具有良好的團隊意識和集體精神,服從組織工作安排,工作積極適應(yīng)能力強,團結(jié)協(xié)作奉獻精神強。

3.具有良好的理論基礎(chǔ)和創(chuàng)新精神,能夠承擔教學與科研工作,有創(chuàng)新思維和發(fā)展?jié)摿Α?/p> 4.具有良好的身心條件,達到《公務(wù)員錄用體檢通用標準(試行)》中規(guī)定的體檢合格標準。

四、招聘崗位、要求及相關(guān)待遇 引進類型及待遇參考(2021年)

  一事一議、一人一策
業(yè)務(wù)要求:除具備一定的教學能力外,還應(yīng)具備較強的科研能力和發(fā)展?jié)摿?,在本學科內(nèi)已取得具有影響力的代表性成果,得到本學科同行專家肯定。 年薪40萬元 60-80萬元 40-60萬元
業(yè)務(wù)要求:除具備一定的教學能力外,還應(yīng)具備一定的科研能力和發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ诒緦W科內(nèi)已取得一定的業(yè)績成果,得到本學科同行專家認可。 基本待遇+成果獎勵+生活補貼。
基本待遇一般為:教授20萬元/年,副教授16萬元/年,博士14萬元/年。 30萬元 10-20萬元

4.學術(shù)骨干和專任教師除享受基本待遇外,可按學校規(guī)定享受教學科研成果獎勵(不設(shè)上限)和生活補貼(1000元/月-2000元/月,期限2年);學術(shù)精英完成聘期任務(wù)后,超額完成的任務(wù)也可按學校規(guī)定享受教學科研成果獎勵(不設(shè)上限)。

5.學校為引進人才子女提供優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源,協(xié)助引進人才辦理子女入學手續(xù)。

6.引進人才的服務(wù)年限一般為八年,四年一個聘期,按兩個聘期進行管理。

3.辦理相關(guān)手續(xù)。人事部門對通過考核的應(yīng)聘人員進行思想政治和師德師風方面的審查,聯(lián)系應(yīng)聘人員參加體檢、填寫相關(guān)申請表等,上級部門批準人事手續(xù)后簽訂人才引進協(xié)議。

The School of Economics of Hebei University sincerely welcomes global talents

Hebei University is co-constructed by the Ministry of Education and the People s Government of Hebei Province. It is one of the first-level universities participating in China s construction plan of world-class universities, with strong support from the Hebei Provincial Government. It was established in 1921 and is located in Baoding City, Hebei Province. We are now inviting global talents to join us to seek common development. The School of Economics is the earliest professional college established by Hebei University. Its predecessor was the Department of Economics of Hebei University, which was established in 1960. In 1992, it was withdrawn from the department and established as the first secondary college in Hebei universities. The School of Economics is currently comprised of four departments and three institutes, including the Department of Economics, the Department of Statistics, the Department of Finance, the Department of International Economics and Trade, the Japan Institute, the Institute of Population Research, and the Institute of Regional Economics.

The school is entitled to launch doctoral programs in the first-level discipline of applied economics. There are 3 first-level Master s Degree programs and 1 second-level Master s Degree program covering 12 academic master s disciplines and 5 professional master s disciplines. World Economics and Statistics are the key disciplines for Hebei Province. The school has 5 undergraduate disciplines, including Economics, Finance, Statistics, International Economics and Trade, and Insurance. Economics and Economic Statistics are the first-level undergraduate disciplines at the national level (Double First-Class Initiative).

The school has a high-quality faculty. Among the 131 faculty members, there are 114 full-time teachers. The proportions of full-time faculty members with senior titles and doctoral degrees are both higher than 75%. There are 24 doctoral supervisors and 96 master supervisors.

The school has 6 national talents, including Jean Monnet Chair, members of the National Hundred Thousand and Ten-thousand Talent Project, State Council Special Allowance Experts, National Young and Middle-aged Experts with Outstanding Contribution, candidates of the Program for New Century Excellent Talents of the Ministry of Education, 5 talents at provincial and ministerial levels with the title of Leading Talents of Hebei Innovation Team and Provincial Excellent Experts, and 5 members of 333 Talent Project of Hebei Province.

More than 30 teachers have been sent to visit key universities listed in 985 and 211 Programs, and more than 20 teachers went to 18 prestigious universities worldwide for further studies or visits.

The school has strong scientific research strength. It has built a number of research institutions such as the European Research Institute of Hebei University, the Institute of Social and Economic Development in the area surrounding Beijing, Hebei Rural Development Research Institute, China Circular Economy Research Institute, China Foreign Exchange Investment Research Institute, the Hebei Base of China-Japan-Korea Thinking Bank Network, Financial Research Center of Hebei University, and Statistical Decision Consulting Center. In recent years, the school has undertaken 39 national projects (including 2 major national projects and 6 national key projects) and 86 provincial and ministerial projects, published more than 560 academic papers, 48 monographs and textbooks, received 20 provincial and ministerial awards for scientific research achievements, and undertaken more than 20 provincial and university-level educational reform projects. A number of research results have been approved by leaders or adopted by relevant departments. Scientific research plays a more and more important role in feeding talent cultivation.
