一、教師簡介

李曾博士，南方科技大學統(tǒng)計與數(shù)據(jù)科學系助理教授，博士生導師。2017年獲得香港大學統(tǒng)計與精算學系博士學位，隨后赴美國華盛頓大學和賓州州立大學從事博士后研究工作。主要研究方向包括高維數(shù)據(jù)分析與統(tǒng)計推斷，隨機矩陣理論與應用，高維時間序列分析，已在the annals of statistics，journal of multivariate analysis，scandinavian journal of statistics等國際知名統(tǒng)計學期刊上發(fā)表論文。李曾博士所在的課題組依托南方科技大學統(tǒng)計與數(shù)據(jù)科學系，配備高性能計算平臺以及豐富的圖書文獻資源，提供優(yōu)厚的薪酬待遇，歡迎各位充滿學術熱情的青年才俊加盟。

二、招聘條件

1、博士畢業(yè)，985或境外名校相關專業(yè)博士畢業(yè)者優(yōu)先；

2、具有較強的數(shù)學功底和科研能力、合作精神和英文水平；

三、薪酬待遇及聘期

1、博士后聘期兩年；

2、博士后年薪33.5萬元左右，含廣東省補助15萬元（稅前）及深圳市生活補助6萬元（稅后），并按深圳市有關規(guī)定參加社會保險及住房公積金。博士后福利費參照學校員額內(nèi)教職工標準發(fā)放。

四、其他待遇政策

1、特別優(yōu)秀者可以申請校長卓越博士后，年薪可達41.5萬元；（含廣東省及深圳市補助）

2、課題組提供優(yōu)良的工作環(huán)境和境內(nèi)外合作交流機會，博士后在站期間享受兩年共計2.5萬學術交流經(jīng)費資助；

3、根據(jù)博士后具體科研工作業(yè)績情況，可享受院系、課題組相應的科研績效獎勵；

4、課題組提供充足的科研支持，并協(xié)助博士后本人作為負責人申請中國博士后科學基金、國家自然科學基金及廣東省、深圳市各級科研項目；

5、課題組可協(xié)助符合條件的博士后申請"廣東省海外青年博士后引進項目"。即在世界排名前200名的高校（不含境內(nèi)，排名以上一年度泰晤士、usnews、qs和上海交通大學的世界大學排行榜為準）獲得博士學位，在廣東省博士后設站單位從事博士后研究，并承諾在站2年以上的博士后，申請成功后省財政給予每名進站博士后資助60萬元生活補貼；對獲得本項目資助，出站后與廣東省用人單位簽訂工作協(xié)議或勞動合同，并承諾連續(xù)在粵工作3年以上的博士后，省財政給予每人40萬元住房補貼；

6、博士后出站選擇留深從事科研工作，且與本市企事業(yè)單位簽訂3年以上勞動（聘用）合同的，可以申請深圳市博士后留深來深科研資助。深圳市政府給予每人每年10萬元科研資助，共資助3年；

7、對于符合最新《深圳市新引進人才租房和生活補貼》相關政策要求的博士后，落戶深圳后，可協(xié)助申請深圳市一次性租房和生活補貼3萬元（免稅，自主網(wǎng)上申請）；

8、依據(jù)自身符合的條件情況，在站或出站留深博士后可申請"深圳市孔雀計劃c類人才"或者"深圳市后備級人才"，享受5年160萬的獎勵津貼（免稅）（以深圳市最新相關人才申報要求為準）；

9、對于優(yōu)秀的出站博士后將積極推薦協(xié)助其申請南方科技大學研究助理教授等崗位。

dr. li is an assistant professor in the department of statistics and data science, southern university of science and technology（sustech）. she obtained her ph.d. in 2017 from department of statistics and actuarial science, the university of hong kong（hku）. she also worked in university of washington seattle and the pennsylvania state university for postdoctoral research. her research interests include high-dimensional statistics, random matrix theory and time series analysis. she has published papers in the annals of statistics, journal of multivariate analysis, scandinavian journal of statistics, etc. base in the department of statistics and data science of sustech, dr. li's research team is equipped with high-performance computing platform and rich electronic resources. the team is currently seeking candidates for position of postdoctoral scholar. remuneration and conditions of service salary is highly competitive of international standard and will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. welcome young talents full of academic enthusiasm to join.

1. ph.d. required, preferably major in mathematics/statistics/econometrics in 985 or well-known overseas universities.

2. solid mathematical background, good communication skills, open minded. the ability to plan, execute, interpret, summarize, and publish research results within a collaborative environment with faculty groups is essential.

3. proficiency in r/python/matlab.

salary and benefits

1. a fixed-term appointment funded for two years from date of hire

2. the starting annual salary rate for this position will be ¥330,000（including ¥150,000 province-level subsidy before tax and ¥60,000 city-level subsidy after tax）. the successful candidates will receive the benefits from sustech including subsidy for meals, hot weather, festivals, free body check and other benefits required by the law.

3. candidates may also apply for the chancellor's award for outstanding postdocs, with an annual salary of more than ¥400,000（including subsidy from guangdong and shenzhen）.

4. postdocs will receive a subsidy of ¥25,000 from the university for academic activities during the contract term.

5. successful candidates will be able to apply as the principal investigator for grants from the postdoc science foundation, the national science foundation as well as the guangdong province and shenzhen city.

6. candidates graduated from the world top 200 foreign universities (according to the latest times, usnews, qs and shanghai jiao tong university rankings) could apply for a living allowance of ¥600,000 from the guangdong province. the successful candidates will receive a housing allowance of ¥400,000 after obtaining their postdoc certificates and signing a contract of more than 3 years with a company registered in guangdong.

7. post-doctoral students who choose to stay in shenzhen to engage in scientific research and who have signed labor（employment）contracts with enterprises or institutions in the city for more than 3 years can apply for shenzhen post-doctoral research grants. the shenzhen municipal government gives ¥100,000 per person each year for three years to support scientific research.

8. for postdocs who meet the policy requirements of the latest "shenzhen newly introduced talent rental housing and living allowance", after settling in shenzhen, they can apply for a one-time rental housing and living allowance of ¥30,000 in shenzhen (tax-free, independent online application).

9. according to the conditions that they meet, post-docs who stay in or out of shenzhen can apply for "shenzhen peacock plan class c talents" or "shenzhen reserve level talents" and enjoy an incentive allowance of ¥1.6 million for 5 years（tax-free）（subject to the latest declaration requirements of relevant talents in shenzhen）.
